Shipping charges are automatically added during the checkout process. All orders will be shippedat a standard flat rate. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of the time the order is placed - please allow extra time if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday.
Your order should arrive within seven to ten business days. If you have not received your order within ten business days please e-mail us at bellafiorequiltshop@cox.net, or call 1-402-592-6100.

Bella Fiore is committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to meet the needs of all of our customer. We want you to be satisfied with all of your purchases. All Sales are final. Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept returns on books/patterns, cut fabrics or any sales items. A return is only accepted when a wrong item has been shipped. Please notify us immediately of incorrect items that may have been received and ship back to us within 30 days of receiving. Any returnable items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. A copy of the receipt is required with the returnable items. Store credit will be issued for future use once the returnable items are received. |
